Cancellation

Customers can cancel the order before the order has been shipped from the warehouse. Once the order is shipped, cancellation won't be possible and the request would be denied.

  • Refund amount will be processed within 1 working day. Please wait for 7-10 days for the amount to be credited to your bank account. This is only applicable for prepaid orders whose payment has been made on our website.
  • For COD orders, there would not be any refund amount, as no money was collected by Desi Soota during order placement

Returns Policy

Desi Soota's policy governing returns is details below. For further information, please get in touch with our team here

  • Customers can place a return request within 7 days from date of delivery.
  • Additional 7-10 days would be provided for returned product(s) to reach our warehouse.
  • Desi Soota will arrange for reverse pick-up services at a cost of INR 100 per order (This will be adjusted with the product refund amount).
  • INR 100 per order pick-up charge is irrespective of no. of units in the return order.
  • Pickup will be attempted only twice by the courier company, post which the customer has to send the products on their own and the order pick-up amount of INR 100 will be forfeited.
  • Return pick-up service is subject to availability of courier partners in your pin code.
  • Alternatively, the customer can arrange for return service provider on their own. (Refer to details below on self-shipping return orders)
  • The product(s) should be in same condition as it was shipped.
  • Soiled or damaged products will not be accepted and refund will not be processed.
  • Return will only be processed with original brand tag and MRP label intact. If the brand tag is lost, return will not be approved.
  • Please return the product in its original inner packaging.
  • Gift cards and digital content is not eligible for return.
  • Items bought in flash sales is not eligible for return
  • Refund will be provided in full (net of discounts and reverse shipping charges), for products meeting the conditions stated above.
  • Refund will be processed on the next working day of receiving the product in our warehouse.
  • Please allow 7-10 days for the return to be processed and the amount to reflect in the bank account.

PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit/gift card will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered email address/contact number.

  • Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging.
  • All items must be in unused condition with all original tags attached and packaging intact.
